Data Analyst & UX Researcher

I’m Eliza Chu-Yun Huang, a UX designer with 8 years of experience across marketing, travel, fintech, and IoT, including roles with teams in Taipei and the Netherlands. Over that time I've run numerous usability tests, designed and analyzed surveys, and used research to shape decisions on products used by 1.2 million Eurail and Interrail pass users annually worldwide.

I'm moving toward UX research and data analytics because that's the part of the work I've always cared about most: not the interface, but the "why" behind it. As a designer, I was already doing research: synthesizing interview data, spotting behavioral patterns, translating findings into decisions stakeholders could act on. What I want now is to go deeper into the quantitative side, so I can pair that qualitative instinct with rigorous analysis.

When I’m not at work, you’ll probably find me experimenting with ceramics, playing badminton, diving into books, hitting the gym, or picking up new languages. I’m also a big fan of exploring art in museums and galleries. it’s my way of staying inspired!
